  Heating and ventilation

   When choosing a heating and ventilation systems must be based on the ultimate goals pursued by the customer and its financial capacity. Cheap systems are generally uneconomical, with the result that sooner or later it may lead to overpaid for heat. At the same time, not always the most expensive system with the latest automation will be the most effective. Therefore, in order not to make a mistake it is recommended to do a feasibility study of each of the options.

  Today, there are several options for the heating system:

  Radiators and convectors — the classic way of heating. It is characterized by advantages such as low cost, ease of installation and operation, high thermal performance (depending on the material and the manufacturer). The disadvantages of such systems include the requirement of high temperatures at the inlet of the heating system (standard temperature graph for radiator systems 90/70 є C), which leads to significant costs thermal energy.
  Heated floors and warm walls of today are also widely used in heating systems. Their main advantage — the economy. Unlike heating radiator operating temperature of the warm floors and walls is 30-40 є C. The disadvantage of such systems is that they usually can not completely cover the heating load on the system and thus operate in parallel with the radiator heating.
  Air heating is usually used in offices with suspended ceilings. As a fan coil heaters are used, which are mounted in the ceiling. However, the disadvantage of such systems is the presence of a high degree of convection (air flow), which creates some discomfort for those who are in the room.
   Recently, the ventilation systems have been paying considerable influence in the design. Properly designed ventilation system will provide maximum comfort in the room. Ventilation systems can be divided into two categories — system with natural and forced ventilation. In the first case, the air circulation is ensured through the formation of a natural draft in the second — by the fans.

  An important element is the recovery of the ventilation system (heat recovery). Installing heat recovery on ventilation system can reduce the cost of heat by 60-80%.


  Water supply and sanitation are important parts of utilities of any object. Pipelines are usually laid in ducts or hidden so as not to disturb the aesthetics of the interior. In this regard, the design provides for special service outlets for servicing systems if necessary.

  Sewage is made of cast iron, steel or plastic fittings, depending on customer requirements and existing design standards. Recently, a popular silent sewer system. The design of this system has significantly higher levels of noise reduction in comparison with the standard.
